Additional information about you that we obtain from third parties: We may sometimes obtain information about you from third parties and use it to serve you better. (a) The REPs have all rights to list the said properties on the Website and / or Mobile App, and by doing so, the REPs are not violating or infringing upon the rights (including the intellectual property rights) of any other person and any applicable laws.
(b) REPs are complying with all the regulatory requirements including the provisions of Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act 2016 in regard to the services / products they are offering via this platform and the listings / advertisements they are posting on this platform.
(c) All the details of the properties listed on the Platform, shared by the REPs, are current, up-to-date and accurate, including the location, property specifications and price.
(d) By listing the properties on the Website and / or Mobile App, the REPs is granting all such rights to shreesampati.com to authorize shreesampati.com to use and/or share such listing details in any manner, including on any other websites, platforms etc. of shreesampati.com or any associate or third party.
